Our first Surface Research project, "Divergence", challenged us to think critically and diversely while developing technical skills. A square piece of paper with dots randomly placed on it triggered questions about their relationship and how they could be connected.

We solved the visual problems with a pen, scanned them and translated them onto the computer using illustrator. I took various approaches to create the outcomes including abstraction, some narration and drawings things that already exist in real life
